Charles Strenk attended the University of Delaware, earning a B.S. in 1974. He then attended Seton Hall University Law School, where he received his J.D. degree in 1979, after also serving on the Seton Hall Law Review from 1976-1978, and serving as Associate Editor for the 1977-1978 academic year. Mr. Strenk was graduated first in his law school class. He was law clerk to Hon. H. Curtis Meanor, U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey, for the 1979-1980 court year. Mr. Strenk then worked as an associate at a large Newark law office before joining with several former law school classmates in 1982 to form what is now Kiernan & Strenk. He was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar in 1979.
Mr. Strenk is the co-author of "General Partnerships", New Jersey Transactional Guide, Matthew Bender, 1983-1984, and is the author of Note, "Discovery Rule Construed to Permit a Claimant Two Full Years in Which to File Suit from Time of Actual or Constructive Discovery of Cause of Action," 8 Seton Hall Law Rev. 134 (1977). He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
