            Joseph Fischer attended Rutgers University, earning a B.A. in 1982.  He then attended the Delaware Law School, Widener University where he received his J.D. degree in 1985.  Mr. Fischer began working at the firm that has become Kiernan and Strenk in 1985 as a clerk, attaining the position of associate upon admission to the bar of the State of New Jersey later that year.  He became a partner in the firm in 1990.

            Mr. Fischer is a member of the Morris County and New Jersey State Bar Associations.
